Evie is a sweet fun, baby girl. We are in the process of fostering to adopt her. She is well loved by all of us and enjoys making her siblings laugh. She enjoys dancing, making noise, splashing in the pool and playing.

I will post what is going on here. First of all i want to thank you for your interest regarding our apartment and your speedy reply. After going through your email my Wife and I really appreciate your interest regarding renting our apartment and wanting to take great care of it as if it were yours. I have discussed with my Wife regarding renting the apartment to you and we have both agreed to rent our apartment to you after doing a little bit of background check. The rent fee is $950 while the security deposit fee is $650. I am as certain as can be that you would really love it there. But first you would need to see the apartment and conclude if you like it or not.
Therefore after going through your mail and your profile, which we also did a short background check online, we will want to believe that you are a responsible person and that you will be able to take great care of the property if given to you as if it belong to you and pay the rent at the right time because the main reason why we are renting out the apartment is because we are stationed in Africa and when we decide to return to the states, we will be moving into our home in Akron, Ohio.
Please once again, we are giving you this on trust and do not disappoint us and we promise you that you will love the apartment and the peaceful and safe environment. The Documents and Keys to the apartment are with me here and would be sent to you via FedEx next day delivery service. I want to rent the apartment out for either long or short period depending on you. Is it true dr. Fish are you renting
ReplyDeleteThey are still using this mumber and they said they had an apartment in the Bronx available to move in asap on craiglist. They ask for money before you even see the apartment.
ReplyDeleteThey call themself Bob Peterson and use God as a means of to trust him so than you can send the money. That is a scam. My friend trusted that person and loss 1,650 dollars, she was desperate for the apartment.
